Southwest Snack Mix
Yield: 12 servings
Ingredients
| 1 | bag | microwave popping corn | |

| 1 | tablespoon | taco seasoning mix | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | cups | peanuts | |
|
|
|||
| 1 1/2 | cups | corn chips | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | golden raisins | |
|
|
|||
| 3/4 to | 1 cup | toasted pumpkin seeds | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Pop corn as directed by package. Pour popped corn into a very large bowl; coat popcorn lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
Sprinkle with taco seasoning mix, tossing lightly to coat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
