1 | can | (15 ounce) cannellini or other white beans, drained | |

2 | cloves | prepared minced garlic | |

1 | (1/2 cup) medium onion, chopped | ||

1/2 | cup | chopped roasted red pepper | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | chopped Italian parsley | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | Italian salad dressing | |
|
|||
1 | cup | (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese | |
|
|||
2 | Tablespoons | grated Parmesan cheese | |
|
|||
Toasted baguette slices, breadsticks or crackers | |||

Heat oven to 350 degrees F
Place beans and garlic in a food processor; blend until smooth. Spread in an oven-proof 9- inch pie plate.
Combine onion, roasted red pepper, Italian parsley, and Italian salad dressing; spoon over bean layer.
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts.
Serve with toasted baguette slices, breadsticks or crackers.
